Square Foot Show 2008, AWOL Gallery

I will be showing 2 of my needle felted/stitched pieces at the upcoming Square Foot Show at AWOL gallery in Toronto.

If you're in the neighbourhood, or heck, just want to get out and enjoy a new experience and throw yourself into a very electric art scene, then show up at the gallery on Aug 16th at 7pm. The show runs until September 7th. Each piece of art is 12" x 12" (or a square foot) and will sell for $200.  Warning....there are line ups to get into the show, so arrive early!!!!

Update on my Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibit Experience

This photo was taken while looking upward at the Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibit. The show was such an amazing experience, which truly surpassed any of my expectations, and a show which was comprised of highly diverse mediums, styles, talents and backgrounds. All of the artists which I met were very fine, and fun to talk to.

I was very much inspired by what I saw, and highly encouraged by those who entered my booth and commented on what was before them. My only wish, was that I had more time to prepare for the show in which to have had the opportunity to have more work available.

If you ever have the chance to check this show out....i'd say it's a must!!
